Studies have revealed that crew members sleep significantly less during spaceflight compared to pre- and post-mission periods.

The space station's current crew includes Roscosmos' Aleksandr Gorbunov, Ivan Vagner and Alexey Ovchinin, and Nasa's Pettit, Nick Hague, as well as Sunita Williams and Butch Wilmore.

According to reports, the astronauts have been consuming pizza, roast chicken and shrimp cocktail for their survival in space. But, the astronauts have very little fresh produce as a supplement for their consumption.
