SEATTLE — Power has been restored to the last of the neighborhoods left in the dark by last week’s bomb cyclone, but the lingering impacts from the damage have convinced some residents to change their Thanksgiving plans.

PSE said the updated restoration times were Saturday at noon, Sunday at 6 p.m. and Monday at 10 a.m. As of 11 a.m. Sunday, more than 26,000 PSE customers were still without power. The updated restoration times are also reflected on the company’s online outage map.
