Generally, Minnesotans can begin voting at 7 a.m. at their respective polling places across the state. There are some exceptions, however, in towns with fewer than 500 residents. The Minnesota Secretary of State's Office said those voting precincts aren't required to open until 10 a.m., but many choose to open early anyway.
