CM Punk has been making up for lost time since returning to the pro wrestling world in August 2021, and after Friday's "WWE SmackDown" the legend has found his way into Roman Reigns' Bloodline drama as the fifth man in the impending "Bloodline Civil War Games" at Survivor Series — a fitting addition as we approach the one-year anniversary of the night he returned to WWE.

This week on WWE Smackdown, Paul Heyman returned after being away from the company due to an attack at the hands of Solo Sikoa and the New Bloodline. He introduced The OG Bloodline's Survivor Series War Games 5th member,

Heyman had not been seen on television since June, when the new Bloodline took him out after he refused to acknowledge Sikoa as the tribal chief. Last week’s SmackDown had ended with Reigns attempting to reach Heyman, only to find that the number was no longer in use.

Roman Reigns, Sami Zayn, Jimmy Uso, and Jey Uso stood across from Jacob Fatu, Solo Sikoa, Tama Tonga, Tonga Loa, and Bronson Reed on WWE SmackDown, with Solo wanting Roman to surrender as he was outnumbered. Solo said that together, they could run WWE for the next decade.
