Officials have found a 13-year-old girl who was at the center of an Amber Alert throughout the state of Ohio on Friday.

Shane Smith, 48, of Springfield, is charged with kidnapping Mackenzie Hall, 13, of Columbus. The girl was found safe Friday evening in Springfield.
