Before Ryan Garcia returns to the ring Dec. 30 in Japan, he takes part in an introductory press conference Tuesday in Beverly Hills.

"Golden Boy Promotions has exclusive rights to Ryan Garcia’s fights. The organizers of this event (Garcia vs. Anpo) have acknowledged as such and have agreed in writing that our sign-off is needed for this event to occur. As no such sign-off has been given, as of today there is no event with Ryan Garcia."

Ryan Garcia and Rukiya Anpo held their kick-off presser ahead of their December 30 exhibition fight in Tokyo, Japan. The fight takes place as an eight-rounder, each round lasting for two minutes at a contracted weight of 153 pounds.
