This extra Timed Research is only available to those who completed the An Accomplished Trainer Special Research during either of the Pokemon GO 's Wild Area events and have received either the Electric Expert or Poison Expert badge.

The Pokémon Go Wild Area global event runs 10 a.m. to 6:15 p.m. local time on both Saturday, Nov. 23, and Sunday, Nov. 24. From there, habitat spawns will alternate every hour.

You can get Studded Jacket Snorlax during Pokémon Go Wild Area Global by either encountering them in the wild or by battling them in three-star raids over Saturday 23rd November and Sunday 24th November in event hours between 10am and 6:15pm. Pop Star Pikachu and Rock Star Pikachu are set to re-debut during Pokémon Go Wild Area Global, but finding the pair of them is a lot more scarce than you might think. They are both incredibly rare spawns, which sucks if you are trying to get both of them as a Shiny to add to your ever-growing Shiny Pikachu collection.
