Proposition A would increase Missouri's minimum wage to $15 an hour by January 2026 and requires private employers to provide paid sick leave. This is the third time Missouri voters have increased the minimum wage since 2006.

MISSOURI, USA — An effort to hike the state’s minimum wage to $15 an hour and guarantee paid sick leave won the support of Missouri voters Tuesday night. Proposition A was approved by Missouri voters 58% to 41%.

Minimum wage will be back on the ballot in Missouri on election day this year, along with a few other measures in Missouri’s Proposition A.
