The IPL 2025 mega auction will be held on November 24 and 25 in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. It is being held overseas for the second successive year - 2024 was in Dubai - and will clash with the third and fourth days of the first Test between India and Australia in Perth.

Saudi Arabian port city Jeddah has been locked in as the venue for the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 mega auction on November 24 and 25. The auction was initially scheduled to be held in Riyadh, but it has now come to light that Abady Al Johar Arena will host the two-day auction after a last-minute change in venue.

A total of 1,574 players will go under the hammer at the IPL 2025 mega auction in Jeddah, an official press release said on Tuesday. This list includes 1,165 Indians and 409 overseas players.
