A woman was arrested after allegedly attacking a couple wearing clothing with the word "Palestine" at a Panera Bread restaurant in Downers Grove.

Alexandra Szustakiewicz, 64, of Darien allegedly berated and hit a man who was wearing a hoodie with the word "Palestine" on it while also taking swings at his pregnant wife about noon Saturday at a Downers Grove Panera restaurant.

The suspect is accused of approaching and berating a young couple, one of whom is Palestinian American, as they grabbed lunch at Panera Bread.
