The Buffaloes, known for their outspoken demeanor under Coach Deion Sanders, directed some bold remarks toward Kansas in the lead-up to the game. But on the field, the Jayhawks were the ones who backed up their words, dominating in the trenches and controlling the pace.

Kansas made college football history by winning the game. The Jayhawks, now 5-6, have beaten ranked teams in the Top 25 in three consecutive weeks. That has never happened before in college football. Hunter had a big game with eight catches for 125 yards but Colorado’s defense could not stop Neal, Jalon Daniels and Kansas.

Devin Neal ran for 207 yards and three touchdowns, caught four passes for 80 yards and another score, and led Kansas to a 37-21 victory over No. 16 Colorado on Saturday.
