The Galaxy Z Fold 6 Special Edition has appeared in a new video that shows off just how much the crease has been minimized.

The Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition comes with a 7.99-inch display, the largest that Samsung has put on a foldable. The screen offers 2184 x 1968 (QXGA+) pixels resolution, 2,600 nits of peak brightness, and 120 Hz dynamic refresh rate, beating the Z Fold 6 panel when it comes to its specifications.

Galaxy Club claims that the Galaxy Z Fold 7, which is likely to be released next summer, has been codenamed “Q7”, while the Galaxy Z Flip 7 has been given the working title of “B7”. But there is a codename for one more unknown device: “Q7M”.

The Galaxy Z Fold 6 is only a few months old but that doesn't stop us from daydreaming on what we'd like to see from the Galaxy Fold 7.

Samsung revealed the W25 foldable on 7 November with an almost identical design to the Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition but with a little extra bling. A video of the device was posted by Universe Ice on X (formerly Twitter), and picked up by Sammobile and it looks gorgeous.

Trade-in options are available here, although the top-tier Galaxy S24 Ultra is not listed as an option. The highest value Samsung is for the Z Fold 5 at £480, with similar prices for Google and Apple devices on offer.
