NORTH PROVIDENCE – Former New England Patriots player Patrick Pass has been charged with assaulting an 82-year-old man, according to online court records. Pass, 46, was charged Wednesday with felony assault on a person older than 60 and disorderly conduct, which is a misdemeanor, in connection with an incident that happened Aug. 30.
