Vice President Kamala Harris was asked how she would broker a deal to end the war between Israel and Hamas, a stalemate President Joe Biden says he’s been unable break through amid numerous attempts to broker cease-fire deals in the war that has raged on close to a year.

In their first and perhaps only debate, neither Harris nor Trump offered a substantive plan to secure a cease-fire and hostage release deal between Israel and Hamas.

Harris was pressed on her policies involving Gaza during an interview with the National Association of Black Journalists.
