The Houston Texans have activated wide receiver Nico Collins to the roster, the team announced Saturday.  Four weeks after placing the receiver on the injured reserve, Collins is back and is expected to play Sunday next when the Texans host the Detroit Lions at NRG Stadium on prime-time television.
