Philadelphia police are searching for a man accused of tackling and punching a woman on the Ben Franklin Parkway on the morning of Sept. 15.

Police are searching for a man who they say tackled a woman to the ground and punched her several times in broad daylight on the Benjamin Franklin Parkway

According to police, a man attacked a woman walking along the Benjamin Franklin Parkway on Sept. 15, repeatedly punching her in the face and body. Another woman stepped in to help, and the man pushed her to the ground.
