Former IAS trainee officer Puja Khedkar on Friday urged the Delhi High Court to disregard seven of her 12 acknowledged attempts to pass the uber-competitive Civil Services entrance exam.

Former IAS trainee Puja Khedkar, disqualified by the Union Public Services Commission (UPSC), has argued that only five attempts of the Civil Services Entrance (CSE) exam which she took as a divyang (differently-abled) candidate should be counted.

In an affidavit filed with the Delhi High Court on Friday morning, former IAS trainee officer Puja Khedkar urged that seven of her 12 acknowledged attempts to pass the Civil Services entrance exam be disregarded.

Khedkar has asked that only her attempts made under the 'divyang' category be counted, arguing that the seven attempts in the general category should be disregarded.

Former IAS probationer Puja Khedkar on August 30 told the Delhi High Court that it should not consider 7 of the 12 attempts she took for clearing the UPSC (Union Public Service Commission) examination.

The rejoinder filed by Puja Khedkar on August 27 came a day before the Delhi High Court on Thursday extended the interim relief against her arrest.
