Lawyers for actor Jonathan Majors and Grace Jabbari agreed to dismiss the case with prejudice, according to a joint filing in Manhattan federal court.

Majors was arrested on March 25, 2023 after he and his ex-girlfriend, Grace Jabbari, got into a domestic dispute while taking a taxi home from a bar in Brooklyn. Majors argued that he was innocent and Jabbari was the aggressor. After a two-week trial, Majors was convicted in December 2023.
