Ahead of the LA Auto Show this week, Hyundai showed off its brand-new three-row all-electric SUV with a suite of features that the Korean automaker is convinced will appeal to fickle American car buyers.

Hyundai has unveiled a striking electric SUV with a standard 110.3-kwh battery and up to 335 miles of estimated range.

The Hyundai Ioniq 9 features a huge 110kWh battery offering up to 385 miles of range. The three different power options are Long Range Rear-Wheel Drive, Long Range All-Wheel Drive and Performance All-Wheel Drive, the latter with its high-powered motors on the front and rear axles getting from 0-62mph in just 5.2 seconds.

Hyundai revealed Wednesday the new Ioniq 9, an all-electric three-row SUV — and its largest EV to date — based on the Seven concept that we saw in 2021. The SUV, which made its debut at the Los Angeles Auto Show and will come to the U.

The Ioniq 9 will be offered in three variants, including both rear and all-wheel drive iterations. This all-electric three-row SUV is compatible with a 350 kW fast charger and can go from 10 per cent to 80 per cent in 24 minutes.
