A 19-year-old woman who was shot multiple times​ in Baltimore's Federal Hill neighborhood earlier this month has died, according to police.

Cameran Holt, 19, died of her injuries Thursday evening after being wounded in an Oct. 27 shooting in Federal Hill, Police said.

A Pasadena woman died last week and donated two organs after she was shot in Baltimore, FOX45 reported Friday. Mother Roxanne Spath told FOX45 that her daughter, 19-year-old Cameran Holt, was shot in Federal Hill in late October.
