The Newbury Fire Department responded just after midnight to the serious motor vehicle crash on I-95 northbound near Exit 81 and found two passenger cars had crashed head-on.

A GoFundMe page is raising money for the family of Endicott College police sergeant Jeremy Cole, who died Thursday in a crash on Interstate 95 in Newbury.

Jeremy Cole’s death, which occurred on the eve of the Thanksgiving holiday, ignited an outpouring of sympathy and support from the Endicott College community and police departments around New England.
