Annapurna Interactive has moved to reassure fans concerned over the future of Silent Hill: Townfall after a significant upheaval that saw a mass walkout at the publisher. Last month, 25 people comprising the entire staff of Annapurna Interactive walked out the door in a group resignation.

Annapurna felt the need to release an update regarding "Silent Hill: Townfall" because of the recent issues at the company. Game Developer reported that Annapurna's top management and executives have been engaged in infighting, and this has caused the company to see a significant collapse.
