Jiri Kulich's goal in overtime gives the Sabres a victory over the Ducks
Sabres: Center Tage Thompson, who leads Buffalo with 11 goals and 18 points, missed his fourth straight game due to a lower-body injury. Coach Lindy Ruff said before Friday's game he is hopeful Thompson can return to the lineup Saturday night in San Jose.
Kulich scores in OT to lift Sabres past Ducks
Ducks goalie John Gibson made a save on a 2-on-1 break, but Kulich scored off the rebound. Peyton Krebs and Jason Zucker also scored, Owen Power had three assists and Ukko-Pekka Luukkonen made 22 saves for the Sabres (10-9-1), who have won three of four.
