If you want a stroll through a heavily forested park, this is your place. The gift shop has seeds, gifts, plants and plenty of gardening books for adults and children. Full review by bonniew61

I would agree with Stephen. The gardens are beautiful, well cared for and have a wide variety of plans and animal life. I think any time of year would work fine.

Magnolias and rhododendrons have just started to bloom! We've had an incredibly cold and snowy winter, so we are far behind what we've been experiencing in the past few years. While you could certainly see blooms in April, you will likely see more in May and/or throughout the summer. Excited to have you come visit!
