We just returned from Mana Kai. Mana Kai is still repairing spalling and updating plumbing and they anticipate this will be finished by the end of July 2023. The repair noise was intermittent and occasionally loud, mostly between the hours of 8:20AM and 3:30PM on Monday through Friday. The restaurant renovation is waiting for a permit and is expecting to start in January 2024. Access to the gym and business center is unavailable during this time. Our beachfront condo has a direct ocean view from BOTH bedrooms. (Many units do not have that.) Its 2-bedroom/2-bath condo has one king size bed in master bedroom and two extra-long twin size beds in a second bedroom.
