WEBOct 22, 2018 · Switched off router and put back on and wifi returned but shortlived. Keep going off, PS4 cant play live, firestick doesnt work as keeps getting interrupted wifi. I have a new router but no improvement (HUB1) Plusnet say they cannot guarantee wifi spped but surely they should guarantee a wifi signal without constant drops?

WEBSep 2, 2018 · Go into your router's admin settings by putting 192.168.1.254 into the address field of your web browser then enter the router admin password as found on a label on the router. Select the My Network tab and see if the firestick is connected. As other wireless devices work OK I would suspect that the firestick is playing up.

For L2TP protocol, most routers (without a modem) from Asus, Dlink, Linksys, Netgear, Tplink etc are likely to work but don't quote me.
